Incident reports are sent real-time to the client, this can also include maintenance reports which can be sent direct to the client’s Facilities Support Team.
In the event of an activation, our officers will alert the Fire and Rescue Service, also ensuring that the building is evacuated safely and liaise with the Fire and Rescue Service on their arrival.
