Crown Security Solutions Secure Patient Transfer service provides coverage throughout the Southwest for the transportation of people who have a range of mental health disorders. We currently work in partnership with Southwest-based NHS Trusts and private hospitals and run the service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and have teams on standby to respond to any requests.
Crown Security Solutions specialise in High, Medium and Low security transport settings including transport to and from psychiatric, specialist private healthcare units and courts, and the safe transfer of patients detained under an S136 to a place of safety.

STATE OF THE ART TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY
All Crown staff undergo rigorous pre-deployment training which includes PMVA and Conflict Management Training that meets RRN training standards, Mental Health Awareness, Breakaway Training, Control and Restraint Training, Handcuff Training, Soft-cuff Training and First Aid. All of the Crown Secure Patient Transfer team are DBS checked, screened and vetted to BS7858.
Our transfer vehicles are fitted with Category B Home Office approved cells for securing high risk patients, have no livery so they are unmarked and fitted with a tracking system to allow us to have an giving accurate location at all times in case of an emergency situation.
