It’s the perfect next step after your initial SIA licence qualifications, introducing you to crucial management, supervisory, and leadership skills.

You’ll learn how to manage a team, handle contracts, create staff schedules, understand employment laws, conduct risk assessments, plan patrols, and tackle both major and minor incidents. Through engaging live simulations and desktop exercises, you’ll put your new abilities to the test. You’ll also refine existing skills, learn vehicle searching, and pass these valuable proficiencies onto your team.

Pre-requisites: This qualification is available to those over 18 years. Candidates should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent.
